Our biggest fund-raiser every year is the Auction. It only happens because the whole Grace Community supports it in every way possible. You can help by getting involved now and on October 21, 2023, by bidding, taking chances and dressing for your favorite destination. Costumes are encouraged and prizes will be awarded. 

Donation Ideas
You donate it, we sell it, Grace benefits.
Baskets of wonderful things; adult focused and keeping in mind the tickets dropped are worth $1 each.

  • Wine for a wine pull. Minimum value $20.

  • Your time and skills for an Experience Grace social event at home or church.Teach your hobby, cook take-home dinner together, share your talents with others.

  • Gift cards or tickets to restaurants, theaters, or sporting events for a Silent Auction.
    Top bid wins.

  • Vacation homes or condos for a weekend or week.

  • Golf outings.

  • A fantastic door prize.

  • Costume prizes.

Prepare for the Cruise Night:

  • Create our departure pier, ports of call, and Captain’s Dining Room. Join Stacy Wilde and Cindy Donough making a magical night at sea touring the Mediterranean, Gilligan’s Island, Hawaii, and Alaska.

  • Help develop a Catalog . The description will be provided for the baskets, silent and live auction items, and Experience Grace offerings.

  • Wrap baskets for raffle.

On Cruise Night:
We need volunteers for

  • check-in

  • selling basket tickets

  • tending bar

  • check-out

  • costume judging

  • basket running & ticket drawing,

  • live auction bid tracking

  • some light clean-up
