Pastoral Care
Everyone needs help from time to time; haven’t you ever needed a little help?
Grace Cares is a team ministry that gives a wide range of pastoral care to both
the people of Grace Church and our local community. Dedicated lay people and
clergy offer communion and companionship to those who are hospitalized,
in nursing homes, or unable to leave their homes. Grace Cares schedules and
organizes regular worship services at two local nursing homes –
Pine Acres Nursing Home in Madison and the King James Care Center of
Chatham Township. Our Card Care program remembers parishioners with a card at
various important times of their lives. For those who have difficulty getting
to church or the store or to a doctor’s appointment, Grace Cares also provides a
Ride Share Program.
Grace Cares is an important way for us to put our faith into action.
