How to Connect

Grace Church is known for its warm welcome of all new parishioners and visitors. And we encourage you to connect to others inside our church and in our greater parish and diocesan community. Coffee Hour is held at the conclusion of every 7:30 am, 9 am and 11:15 am service (and in the summer at the end of the 8 and 10 am services). This is an informal way to meet and greet others in our parish family.

When you would like to get further involved in Grace Church, you’ll find many opportunities to contribute to our parish and/or diocesan life and build community with others Grace relies on volunteers to be active participants in our worship services as worship leaders, acolytes, choristers, ushers, and Children’s Chapel musicians. Many parishioners take turns leading our Adult Seminar series or help educate our children in our large Sunday School and youth ministry programs.

And Grace is a social place to be. Get to know fellow parishioners at our once-a-month potluck dinners, Men’s and Women’s Book Groups, women’s meditation group, men’s weekly Friday breakfasts, annual retreats, Friday Choir Parents coffee group, or our quiet but popular Craft Group, which meets every Tuesday night. In addition, we have fundraisers that include a Cabaret evening, Spring dinner and a vendor sale of handmade items by local artists and crafters.

We have a host of outreach ministries which deepen our involvement with the community as well. Our Recycling Ministry, which collects and donates furniture to clients in need; our Soup Kitchen ministry, which serves at the Community Soup Kitchen of Morristown every other month; and our large Rummage and Clothing Sales, which take place annually (clothing in the Fall; rummage in the Spring) are just a few of the ways we seek to help those in our immediate region.
